He shifts his focus from Deku and concentrates his terrifying power on disposing of the "trash," that is, defeating All Might, or more accurately, overcoming All Might first. This raises questions about the potential demise of All Might at the conclusion of his battle against All For One, in accordance with a prophecy. Despite the battle's high stakes, the content of this chapter is quite short, consisting of only seven pages. Fans express their hopes for Kohei Horikoshi's recovery from health issues.

The chapter commences with All Might expressing discomfort over having beaten a young man when All Might himself was over 50 years old. All Might then reflects that All For One is beginning to harbor resentment for attempting to steal One For All. Therefore, he intends to exploit this resentment as the only way to end the battle. All For One decides to halt the confrontation and discard the trash. He sheds his skin, creating an explosive spectacle in the air to distance himself from All Might.
