| Solo Leveling |
ANIMEKO.ORG - Solo Leveling is one of the most popular digital comics globally, telling the story of Sung Jinwoo, a weak E-rank hunter who later becomes one of the strongest hunters after gaining special powers. The comic has been adapted into an anime by A-1 Pictures, set to premiere in January 2024. Crunchyroll will stream the series.
The voice actors who will bring the characters to life in the English version of the Solo Leveling anime have been announced. Here is the complete list:
- Sung Jinwoo [성진우], the solo hunter wielding dual swords and shadows, will be voiced by Aleks Le.
- Yoo Jinho [유진호], the wealthy friend who always supports Sung Jinwoo, will be voiced by Justin Briner.
- Sung Jinah [성진아], Sung Jinwoo's hardworking younger sister, will be voiced by Rebecca Wang.
- Cha Hae-in [차해인], the beautiful and deadly S-rank hunter, will be voiced by Michelle Rojas.
- Choi Jong-in [최종인], the hunter controlling fire and sporting cool glasses, will be voiced by Ian Sinclair.
- Baek Yoonho [백윤호], the hunter who can transform into an animal and has a sideburn, will be voiced by Christopher R. Sabat.
- Go Gunhee [고건희], the wise and powerful chairman of the Korean Hunter Association, will be voiced by Kent Williams.
- Woo Jinchul [우진철], the chief inspector of the Korean Hunter Association, will be voiced by SungWon Cho.
- Lee Joohee [이주희], Sung Jinwoo's kind-hearted hunter friend, will be voiced by Dani Chambers.
Caitlin Glass will be the ADR director for the English dub of this anime!
Shunsuke Nakashige is the director of the Solo Leveling anime, based on the digital comic series published on Tappytoon under the same name by DUBU (REDICE Studio), Chugong, and h-goon. Noboru Kimura will handle the screenplay, with anime character designs by Tomoko Sudo and monster designs by Hirotaka Tokuda.
Yen Press publishes Solo Leveling in English, with the eighth volume scheduled to be released on January 21, 2024. Yen Press describes the series:
