Maki Zenin is a girl born without cursed powers but possesses a strong determination to become a curse hunter. Together with her twin sister, Mai, they escaped from the Zenin Clan, which considered them as trash. They enrolled in the Jujutsu High School, where they met friends and mentors who supported them.
However, tragedy struck when they had to face their father, Ogi Zenin, who was the leader of the Zenin Clan. Ogi Zenin was a cruel and indifferent father who saw Maki and Mai as a disgrace to the clan and wanted to kill them.
In a fierce battle, Maki and Mai were severely injured by Ogi Zenin, who used extremely powerful cursed powers. Mai, unable to bear seeing her sister suffer, used her last bit of strength to create a magnificent sword for Maki. The sword became a silent witness to the impending Zenin Clan massacre.
Mai entrusted Maki to destroy everything and died in her sister's arms. Maki, unwilling to waste her sister's sacrifice, immediately rose and slaughtered all the curses in the room where they were imprisoned. She emerged wearing a transformed skin, displaying her extraordinary strength.
Ogi Zenin, seeing his daughter emerge with the legendary skin, was shocked and furious. He prepared to attack his daughter, but Maki was quicker. Maki, realizing that she needed to repay her father's kindness and affection, brought him close to God. She intended only to shave her father's hair, but her calculations were off, and she ended up striking him fatally with a single blow.

Maki successfully avenged her sister's death and proved that she was not trash. She became an unstoppable curse hunter, capable of defeating anyone in her way. She also became a hero to Jujutsu High School, earning their respect and admiration.
However, Maki's massacre was not over. She still had to face other Zenin family members who were appalled by what she had done. They sought to stop Maki by deploying elite squads consisting of high-level shamans.
One of the squads assigned to face Maki was Squad HEI, led by Naoya Zenin, a prominent family member. Naoya Zenin is a shaman with cursed powers that allow him to manipulate time. He also holds a personal grudge against Maki, considering her a threat to his position as the Zenin Clan heir.
Despite Squad HEI having experienced and powerful shamans, they couldn't match Maki's extraordinary physicality and speed. Maki successfully defeated each member of Squad HEI, even tragically killing Jinichi Zenin, Naoya's brother.
Now, only Naoya Zenin remains from Squad HEI, already weakened after battling Choso, one of Yuji Itadori's siblings. Naoya Zenin tries to confront Maki, but he stands no chance. Maki, devoid of mercy, immediately attacks Naoya Zenin with her sword, ending his life.
Thus, Maki successfully slaughtered the entire Squad HEI and continued the Zenin Clan massacre. She won't stop until the Zenin Clan is destroyed, freeing herself from the shackles of her family. She also aims to honor her sister's wish for Maki to become a great curse hunter.
